Rip Jackson Presents a Potpourri of Music
Rip Jackson, accomplished singer, composer and keyboardist, will present a “Potpourri of Music,” at The Gables at East Mountain, in Rutland, Vermont on Thursday, July 2, 2015 from 1:30 to 3 p.m. Rip will play and sing music from classical, standard, jazz and Broadway genres along with guest singers Taylor Ampatiellos and Natalie Brierre.
Mr. Jackson studied music history, piano, harpsichord and organ at Florida State University, received his master’s degree from Emory University and completed doctoral work at Case Western Reserve University. He is the music minister at Grace Church, director of the Rutland Area Chorus and Orchestra, teaches voice, piano and organ, and directs local Broadway productions.
